Joseph is a licensed real estate agent #01302099, a mortgage broker and a residential home loan specialist and has been active in California since 1998. His undergraduate, graduate and post graduate work were done in the education field. Currently he presents hands on seminars on computer programs that make the loan originating process easier.  He has taught Loan Origination and Loan Processing for the several vocational schools in the San Diego are.

Joseph has received the President’s Award from the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women for his willingness to share his experiences, to promote the organization and to actively participate in all functions the NAPMW has.
